Return Policy
We will no longer give refunds for returned merchandise as
of January 1, 2006. We will give you a merchandise credit on all returned merchandise. We will take returns on any damaged
merchandise if you call us within checking merchandise in 72 hours of receiving it. All items must be in the package
we shipped it in.
Any
item we custom make for you may not be returned or money refunded. We have all of the labels custom made, and each candle
is custom made. We also custom make all of our carriers, and beds just for you. If you would like Insurance please let us
know, and we will add it to your order. We do not replace any damaged items you must have insurance. We do use FedEx so you
are insured up to $100.00. You have to have them come out, and all items must be in the same box, and package you received.
Cancellation Policy
We give you 24 hours to cancel your order for any
reason. If you cancel your order within 24 hours we will give you a refund if it has not been shipped. Sometimes we ship the
same day. In that case if you return for a full refund we will have a 30% restocking fee. Everything has to be there, and
in its original package.
Shipping Charges
We do not charge
more then what the shipping is. You may pay for your order, and then we will add shipping after we fill your order, and have
the correct shipping rate. We do whatever we can to save our customers money on shipping.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart, and paying
with paypal. Or if you want to call or email us we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship as soon as it is finished, and packed. If
you pay by personal check, your order will ship after we receive your check, andit
has cleared our bank.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including
email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
